Key Responsibilities

• Architecture & Design:

• Own

  technical and

  solution architecture

  across backend, frontend, and cloud layers.
• Define modular, scalable, and secure architectures using the

  Microsoft ecosystem

  (C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, WPF, Web API, Azure).
• Drive adoption of architectural best practices, frameworks, and reusable components across teams.

• Strategic Technology Leadership:

• Evaluate trade-offs

  between technology choices, scalability, and time-to-market.

• Drive architectural decisions

  , framework selection, and build-vs-buy strategies aligned with product vision and roadmap.
• Anticipate future scalability and extensibility challenges through proactive technical design.

• Technology Governance:

• Establish and

  enforce engineering standards

  code quality, DevSecOps, CI/CD, API design, and deployment best practices.
• Promote consistency and maintainability across teams through

  well-defined technical guidelines

  .

• Product

  & Platform Mindset:

• Align technology decisions with business objectives and user needs.
• Ensure architectural scalability while maintaining delivery velocity and long-term sustainability.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers to translate business requirements into engineering outcomes.

• Team Leadership & Mentorship:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional engineering teams.
• Conduct design and code reviews, nurture next-generation tech leads, and foster a high-performance engineering culture.
• Balance hands-on technical contribution with leadership and delegation.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Partner with Product, UX, QA, DevOps, and Delivery teams to deliver secure, scalable, and user-centered solutions.
• Communicate architectural roadmaps and trade-offs clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Modern Engineering Practices:

• Champion CI/CD, cloud-native design, microservices, and infrastructure-as-code principles.
• Drive automation and observability practices to enhance operational reliability.

• Innovation & R&D:

• Research, evaluate, and pilot emerging technologies (AI, ML, IoT, Edge Computing, Event-Driven Systems).
• Continuously evolve architectural frameworks to keep the technology ecosystem future-ready.

• Operational Excellence:

• Define and track key engineering metrics performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Lead efforts around observability, monitoring, and incident response readiness.

• Stakeholder Communication:

• Present architecture roadmaps, technical risks, and solution trade-offs clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• Core Architecture:

  Deep expertise in designing distributed, event-driven, or microservices-based architectures using

  C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, and Azure

  .

• Cloud Expertise:

  Proven experience with

  Microsoft Azure

  - App Services, Functions, Storage, Security, Monitoring, and CI/CD automation.

• Front-End & UX Integration:

  Hands-on exposure to

  modern frontend frameworks

  (React, Vue.js, Angular) and

  cross-platform solutions

  (React Native, .NET MAUI).

• Data Layer:

  Proficiency with

  SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB, MongoDB

  , including schema design, data modeling, and performance optimization.

• DevOps & Reliability Engineering:

  Experience with

  Docker/Kubernetes

  , IaC (ARM/Bicep/Terraform), observability, and test automation.

• Architecture Principles:

  Deep understanding of

  DDD, CQRS, event sourcing, clean architecture, and design patterns.

• Security & Compliance:

  Familiarity with

  OAuth2, JWT, identity management, and regulatory standards

  (HIPAA, GDPR, ISO 27001).

• Leadership:

  Proven experience leading technical teams, driving architectural vision, and mentoring developers.

• Leadership

  : Demonstrated experience in

  leading teams, setting engineering direction, driving architecture adoption

  and mentoring developers

  across products.

Preferred Qualifications / Nice to Have

• Experience with

  API Gateways, Integration Platforms, or ESB frameworks

  (e.g., Azure API Management, Logic Apps).
• Exposure to

  multi-tenant SaaS design

  and

  data privacy-by-design

  principles.
• Experience in building

  SaaS or platform products

  from concept to scale.
• Exposure to

  AI/ML

  ,

  data analytics

  IoT

  architecture.
• Familiarity with

  security and compliance standards

  (HIPAA, GDPR, ISO 27001).
• Prior experience in

  startup or product-based environments
