Job Description

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for experienced ServiceNow professionals to join our enterprise ServiceNow practice. The roles involve designing, developing, and enhancing ServiceNow platform solutions. Candidates may be aligned as Technical Lead or Developer based on experience, technical depth, and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments
Customize ServiceNow using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Workflows
Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
Work on core ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Portal
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, performance, and security standards
Additional Responsibilities for Technical Lead:
Lead and mentor ServiceNow development teams
Provide technical guidance, architecture decisions, and code reviews
Drive end-to-end delivery and stakeholder management

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, scripting, and Flow Designer
Experience with ServiceNow integrations and platform customization
Solid understanding of ITSM processes and enterprise IT environments
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
ServiceNow certifications are an added advantage
