Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow solutions with focus on
platform development and integrations
.
Build and maintain
REST/SOAP integrations
, Integration Hub flows, and third-party system connections.
Configure and customize
ITSM modules
(Incident, Change, Problem, Request, Service Catalog).
Perform
instance upgrades and cloning
, including pre- and post-clone activities.
Develop scripts using
Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions
.
Work on
CMDB, MID Server, Discovery, and ITOM integrations
as required.
Support BAU operations, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure platform stability.
Collaborate with stakeholders in
Agile/Scrum
environment and support UAT and deployments.

Preferred Candidate Profile

38 years
of hands-on experience on the
ServiceNow platform
.
Strong experience with
REST API, SOAP, Integration Hub
, and third-party integrations.
Hands-on exposure to
at least two ServiceNow modules
(ITSM mandatory; HRSD/CMDB/ITOM preferred).
Proven experience in
ServiceNow upgrades and instance cloning
.
Strong
platform administration & development
background (not ITSM-only support).
Good scripting knowledge (
JavaScript
in ServiceNow).
Experience with
MID Server, CMDB, Discovery
is a strong plus.
Excellent communication, documentation, and troubleshooting skills.
