Job Description

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with expertise in ITSM and AM to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for IT service management.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the overall code quality.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of ITSM principles and practices.
Experience with ServiceNow development and implementation.
Knowledge of AM (Asset Management) module is an added advantage.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
