ServiceNow Developer -SOM/FSM ,CSM

A ServiceNow FSM (Field Service Management) Developer designs, builds, and maintains solutions on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on automating field service operations through scripting (JavaScript), creating workflows for dispatch/scheduling, integrating with other systems (APIs), customizing modules like Agent Workspace, and ensuring seamless user/customer experiences, ultimately improving efficiency for mobile workforces. Key tasks involve developing custom apps, managing data, troubleshooting, and working with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Development & Customization: Build and configure FSM features, including mobile workflows, schedules, dispatching, and agent portals using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and UI Policies.
• Integration: Design and implement integrations (REST/SOAP) with third-party systems for seamless data flow.
• Scripting: Write and maintain efficient JavaScript for custom logic, automation, and enhancements.
• Collaboration: Work with business analysts and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define solutions.
• Testing & Debugging: Perform system testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high code quality.
• Documentation: Create technical documentation, guides, and training materials.
• User Experience: Enhance the Agent Workspace and Service Portal for mobile users.

Core Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong JavaScript proficiency for server-side/client-side scripting.
• Experience with ServiceNow FSM, CSM (Customer Service Management), ITSM modules.
• Knowledge of APIs (REST/SOAP) for integrations.
• Understanding of ITIL/Service Management principles.
• Problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
