Key Responsibilities Develop ServiceNow Solutions in the above modules, with minimum bugs and rework Collaborate with Process Analyst and Architect to ensure the developed features follow ServiceNow best practices Keeps up-to-date with the new releases and features of the ServiceNow platform Developing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform to fit business requirements. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements. Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code requires expertise to achieve. Documenting code and application functionality. Staying abreast of emerging trends and technologies in ServiceNow development ensures your success. Integrate ServiceNow modules with other enterprise systems to create a seamless and efficient information flow. Create and update CMDB catalog items, forms, and views, transform maps, IRE, Script Includes and Business rules. Establish and maintain data integrations to ensure accuracy and consistency. And finally, youre open and borderless naturally inclusive in how you work with others. Required Technical and Professional Experience 5 + Years of experience in ServiceNow development. Experience with creating and maintaining ServiceNow objects like tables, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI policies, script includes workflows etc. Producing and running test cases to guarantee software quality. Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall is desirable. A solid understanding of ServiceNow and its modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HR, App Engine, and Portal. Core ServiceNow capabilities such as Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, Service Level Management, and CMDB/CSDM. Experience in API integrations with other systems Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities Capability to work both independently and collaboratively Preferred Technical and Professional Experience Graduation/Post-Graduation in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is necessary. Strong analytical skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions. Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on quality and deadlines. Should have at least ServiceNow Certified System Admin and Implementation Specialist in ITSM HRSD implementation Specialist and another ITOM Discovery or CAD
