The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and a strong understanding of ITIL practices. Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog). Build workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and other configurations. Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, etc. Participate in requirement gathering, analysis, design, and testing activities. Maintain platform performance and troubleshoot issues proactively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business needs. Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding and documentation standards. Keep up to date with the latest ServiceNow features and capabilities.
