Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications and modules.
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and internal tools using APIs.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the ServiceNow platform.
Work with ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.
Implement and maintain CMDB and align with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
Support Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) processes and tools.
Write and maintain client scripts, business rules, and other server/client-side scripts using JavaScript.
Participate in Agile development practices including sprint planning and daily standups.
