Job Description

LTIMindtree are Hiring Senior ServiceNow Developers - (ITSM)

Location - Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Coimbatore, Noida

Experience - 5 + years.

PFB JD

Servicenow ITSM + Integration experience Mandatory
Developing installing and troubleshooting ServiceNow applications
Integrating ServiceNow with other programs
Participating in requirement gathering design reviews and SCRUM meetings
Creating and updating configuration documentation
Deploying solutions in test environments and ensuring quality
Performing platform upgrades and implementing best practices
Scripting in various areas like Business Rules Client Scripts UI Actions etc.
Developing integrations with third party tools using REST API and SOAP web services
Good to have experience on Service Portal
Providing training and support to team members.
