Job Description

As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather insights, translating business needs into technical specifications, and ensuring that the applications align with organizational goals. You will engage in discussions with team members to refine designs and iterate on solutions, ensuring that the applications are user-friendly and efficient. Additionally, you will participate in testing and validation processes to ensure that the applications function as intended, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Mentor junior professionals to foster their growth and development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management. - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience with business process modeling and requirements gathering. - Familiarity with integration techniques and tools within ServiceNow. - Ability to create user-friendly interfaces and enhance user experience. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required."
