ServiceNow Developer - ITOM

Role Overview: As a Senior ServiceNow Developer at LTIMindtree, you will be responsible for ITOM (IT Operations Management) along with Discovery and Service Mapping. With a minimum of 6+ years of overall ServiceNow experience, you will play a key role in the design, development, and deployment of solutions on the Service-now platform. Your expertise in ServiceNow CMDB & Discovery, along with knowledge of the CMDB data model, will be crucial for this role. Additionally, your experience in writing custom patterns and resolving Discovery issues will be highly valued. Key Responsibilities: - Possess at least 6+ years of overall ServiceNow experience - Design, develop, and deploy solutions on the Service-now platform - Have 5+ years of ServiceNow CMDB & Discovery experience - Demonstrate good knowledge of the CMDB data model - Write custom patterns as required - Communicate effectively and coordinate with various infra teams - Handle team effectively - Work on Service Maps and write custom patterns Qualifications Required: - Minimum 6+ years of overall ServiceNow experience - Hands-on experience in ServiceNow CMDB & Discovery for at least 5 years - Strong communication skills - Experience in resolving Discovery issues and coordinating with various infra teams - Team-handling experience - Working experience in Service Maps and writing custom patterns Please note that interested candidates can share their resumes with namrata.gawade@ltimindtree.com.,
