About the Role

ServiceNow Developer

Key Responsibilities

Configure, customize, and enhance ServiceNow applications with a primary focus on the SPM module.
Implement solutions for
Project & Portfolio Management (PPM), Demand Management, and Resource Planning
.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations as per business needs.
Ensure platform stability, performance, and adherence to best practices.
Provide support in testing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.
Stay updated with new ServiceNow releases and recommend improvements.

Key Skills & Experience

Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration and customization.
In-depth knowledge of
Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
.
Expertise in
Project & Portfolio Management, Demand Management, and Resource Planning
within ServiceNow.
Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).
Experience with integrations, workflows, and automation.
Good understanding of ITSM and ITIL processes is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
ServiceNow certifications (SPM, CSA, CIS, etc.) preferred.
