Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and integrations.
Customize ServiceNow applications using client scripts, business rules, UI policies, flows, and other scripting components.
Implement and maintain ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, etc.).
Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools using REST, SOAP, and MID Server integrations.
Ensure platform stability, performance, and scalability through best practices and proactive monitoring.
Participate in platform upgrades and patching, including testing and validation.
Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes as needed.
Create and maintain documentation related to design, configuration, and support processes

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
4+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Workflow, and Reporting.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting tools.
Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
required

Additional certifications like Certified Application Developer (CAD) or ITSM Implementation Specialist
