ServiceNow Consultant

NTT DATA is looking for a talented ServiceNow Consultant to join their team in Pune, Maharashtra, India. As a ServiceNow Consultant, you will be responsible for software development with a focus on ServiceNow application development. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in software development, particularly in JavaScript development. Key Responsibilities: - Strong experience in JavaScript development and working with ServiceNow application development. - Proficient in class hierarchy, Update set hierarchy, data layer, flows, Service Portal, UI Action/policy, deployment, integration, and SOAP Service implementation in ServiceNow. - Hands-on experience in developing and implementing ServiceNow ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change Management, and knowledge of API integrations with ServiceNow. - Design and develop process-based solutions, as well as document user case processes and BPM workflows. - Hold ServiceNow certification (CSA, CIS) and be able to transform Business Requirements into Business Processes. - Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with end-to-end experience in ServiceNow based application design and implementation. - Excellent verbal, active listening, and written communication skills with the ability to describe complex technical scenarios concisely based on the audience.
