ServiceNow Developers and Architects

We are inviting applications for multiple opportunities in our ServiceNow Practice. Candidates will be required to attend an In-person/Face-to-Face round of interview at our Noida STP Office on 30th August 2025.

Please Note: This is a Walk-In recruitment event. However, only candidates with relevant experience as ServiceNow Developers/Consultants/Architects will be allowed to participate in the event (as found fit by Infosys during the screening process on the day of the event).

The Company retains the final authority to decide the specific criteria, methods, and outcomes of the hiring process, including the right to shortlist, change the process, or withdraw the opening at any point.

ServiceNow ITOM Developer/Consultant
ServiceNow HRSD Developer/Consultant
ServiceNow CSM Implementation Specialist
ServiceNow GRC/IRM Developer/Consultant/Architect
ServiceNow Technical/Solution Architect

Role & responsibilities

Technical Requirements:

HRSD

Minimum 3 years of ServiceNow scripting experience.
Experience in HRSD and ITSM modules is must.
PowerShell Coding Experience is must
Experience with Flow Designer, Server Side scripting and Client Side scripting.
Hands-on experience of ServiceNow Integration with third party application.
Certifications: Certified ServiceNow Administrator(CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist(CIS)
Certification - Implementation with on ITSM or HRSD or CAD
Development Experience in ServiceNow (3 years minimum)
Implement the Human Resources application in order to set up HR data
Configure applications to work with the organisation's HR processes
Strong experience with HR Service Management, Knowledge Management, Service Portal, Chat, Reporting, Integrations and HR Hub
Demonstrated competence in the various HR functional areas, especially employee relations and change management
Experience on Human Resources dashboards, reports, and other HR management modules to monitor and manage HR cases and employee satisfaction
Design and develop new ServiceNow applications and services for HR Modules; including Case Management, HR Administration,
Knowledge Base and Employee Service Centre

ITOM

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB solutions.
Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB modules, including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Configuration Management.
Customize ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, and notifications to support ITOM and CMDB processes and automation.
Configure and maintain the CMDB data model as per CSDM framework, ensuring accurate and up-to-date configuration item (CI) information.
Integrate ServiceNow with other internal and external data sources.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement ITOM and CMDB good practices, ensuring alignment with industry standards and ITIL processes.
Conduct thorough testing of ServiceNow configurations and customizations to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications, troubleshooting issues and implementing necessary fixes or enhancements.
Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and ITOM/CMDB-specific features, proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
Collaborate with other developers, administrators, and business analysts to deliver integrated solutions that meet the ITOM and CMDB needs of the organization.
Proficient in ServiceNow development and configuration, including workflows, business rules, UI policies, and scripting using JavaScript.
Experience with ServiceNow integrations.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices related to ITOM and CMDB.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITOM or CMDB are highly desirable.

ServiceNow Integration Specialist

Minimum of 9 years overall experience in designing and implementing complex CSM, ITSM, ITOM, HR solutions and ITIL processes.
6+ years of proven experience as an architect in designing and implementing ServiceNow CSM, ITSM, CMDB, Custom applications and integrating with several 3rd party applications.
5+ years of development/configuration experience on the ServiceNow platform including Integration Hub and Mid Server
At least 20 distinct integrations experience like workday, PagerDuty, Azure, slack, SAP
Strong technical abilities, a sound understanding of business strategy and policies that govern the ServiceNow platform and possesses advanced ServiceNow knowledge and skill.
Good understanding of architecture / infrastructure concepts and ITIL implementation
Proven experience with key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS
Experience with scripting in the ServiceNow platform using JS: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Angular JS, Jelly, etc.
Excellent knowledge on Enterprise Security and Architecture, middleware and discovery technologies, database design schemas and data modeling
Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology

ServiceNow Technical Architect

Interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the ServiceNow Implementation Methodology including requirements elicitation, architecture definition and design, solution implementation and roll out.
Evaluate multiple products for compliance across Enterprise Service Management and suggest best solution, products, architectures meeting the guiding principles of Greenfield, Cloud based, mobile first and zero customization.
Define, plan and develop solutions, frameworks, IPs etc. around ServiceNow and Service Management Domain.
Evangelize the usage of reusable frameworks and artifacts; create knowledge /certification artifacts and evaluation criteria guide.
Guide the team technically and work closely with offshore team acting as a communication medium between the client and offshore. You will be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.
Review architectural decisions, architecture solution, re-engineering architectures to meet project requirements.Ability & Experience to define at an architectural ( in consultation with Architects ) and design level of detail, technical solutions aligned with business problems.
Experience designing and implementing client facing solutions leveraging involving ServiceNow.
Experience of performance compliant design, sustainable solution architecture
Experience implementing and integrating enterprise software applications.
Analyse and Evaluate alternative solutions and recommends cost effective and efficient solutions
Propose data model, design changes to processes and products, exerts significant latitude in determining objectives of an assignment.
Design and develop ServiceNow data model to support process integrations
Practical experience with agile methodologies/tools
