Job Description

Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

Design and manage new CMDB classes and Configuration Item (CI) lifecycles.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CMDB data and relationships.
Implement and enforce CMDB data standards and governance processes.
Integrate CMDB with ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Asset).
Manage Application CIs in alignment with CSDM guidelines.
Improve data quality through audits, cleansing, and automation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Cloud, Security) to align CMDB with operational needs.
Provide training and support on CMDB processes and best practices.
Generate reports and dashboards to monitor CMDB health and KPIs.
Ensure compliance with audit requirements and maintain audit trails.

Qualifications:

6-8 years of experience in ServiceNow CMDB development.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, CMDB, and ITSM modules.
Familiarity with ITIL, especially Configuration and Change Management.
Experience with Discovery, Orchestration, and scripting (JavaScript, Business Rules).
Background in data governance, quality, and integration.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with SaaS/cloud environments and web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML).
