Key Responsibilities

• Lead the

  architecture, design, and technical direction

  of ServiceNow implementations across multiple modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, SecOps, CSM, etc.).
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to define platform strategy, governance, and best practices.
• Translate complex business requirements into

  robust, scalable ServiceNow solutions

  .
• Design and oversee integrations with third-party systems using APIs, web services, and MID Servers.
• Define and enforce

  ServiceNow architecture standards

  , data models, and security frameworks.
• Guide and mentor development teams, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to platform best practices.
• Evaluate and implement new ServiceNow features, upgrades, and custom applications.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL, security, and enterprise architecture principles.
• Provide technical leadership during design reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• 8+ years of total IT experience

  with

  5+ years in ServiceNow

  design and development.
• Proven experience as a

  ServiceNow Architect, Lead Developer, or Technical Consultant

  .
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules such as

  ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM

  , or

  SecOps

  .
• Expertise in

  ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API)

  ,

  Flow Designer

  ,

  IntegrationHub

  , and

  CMDB

  .
• Experience designing and implementing

  REST/SOAP integrations

  with enterprise systems.
• Strong grasp of

  ServiceNow data models

  ,

  ACLs

  ,

  UI Policies

  ,

  Business Rules

  , and

  Client Scripts

  .
• Knowledge of

  ITIL processes

  and enterprise service management principles.
• Hands-on experience with

  ServiceNow upgrade planning

  ,

  instance management

  , and

  performance tuning

  .

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)

  or

  Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)

  in one or more modules.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

  and

  Certified Application Developer (CAD)

  credentials.
• Familiarity with

  cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

  and

  DevOps practices (CI/CD, Git, Jenkins)

  .
• Strong documentation and presentation skills.
• Experience leading

  multi-instance enterprise deployments
