Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow designs.
• Define and enforce best practices for ServiceNow development, integration, and configuration.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and administrators.
• Drive platform upgrades, performance tuning, and roadmap planning.
• Ensure compliance with security and governance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect with deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities.
• Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
• Strong understanding of scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), REST/SOAP integrations, and MID Server configurations.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in at least one module.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
