About the Role:

We are looking for a highly experienced ServiceNow Lead Developer / Architect with deep expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM) to join a leading IT services clients team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for ServiceNow technologies and a proven track record in leading end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects for enterprise clients.

Mandatory Skills & Technical Expertise:

• Strong expertise in

  ServiceNow platform, particularly CSM and ITSM applications

  .
• 10+ years of

  ServiceNow implementation experience

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  3CLogic telephony integration with ServiceNow

  .
• Exposure to

  Virtual Agent, Performance Analytics, and Integration Hub (micro-certifications preferred)

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  ServiceNow upgrade processes, reporting, dashboards, and eBonding

  .
• Excellent communication, analytical, and team leadership skills.

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• ServiceNow Certifications: CSA, CAD, or CIS-CSM mandatory.
• Community badges / ranks are a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead ServiceNow implementation projects as Lead Developer and Architect.
• Coordinate with client teams and internal resources to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
• Understand, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
• Participate in design discussions and provide technical and functional recommendations to enhance the application.
• Daily interactions with clients to gather requirements and develop solutions accordingly.
• Participate in daily SCRUM meetings and implement SCRUM practices within the team.
• Provide excellent communication and analytical support across the project lifecycle.
• Manage 3CLogic telephony system integration with ServiceNow, coordinating with the 3CLogic team for issue resolution.
