Job Description

8+ years of overall IT experience with at least 6+ years in ServiceNow architecture and development. Strong hands-on experience with multiple ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, SecOps, GRC, CSM, etc. Expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, including data models, integrations, workflows, ACLs, and scripting (JavaScript, Glide). Knowledge of ServiceNow best practices, platform limitations, upgrade strategies, and custom application development. Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID servers, and other integration technologies. ServiceNow certifications such as: Certified System Administrator (CSA) Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more domains (ITSM, ITOM, HR, etc.) Certified Application Developer (CAD) Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – preferred Strong understanding of ITIL and agile methodologies. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.Role & responsibilities
