Job Title: ServiceNow Architect Job Summary: The ServiceNow Architect is responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-level solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translating them into scalable, efficient, and secure ServiceNow solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design and architect ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules. Lead the technical implementation of ServiceNow projects, ensuring best practices and platform governance. Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions. Provide strategic recommendations on platform capabilities, upgrades, and integrations. Develop and maintain architecture documentation, including process flows, data models, and integration diagrams. Conduct design authority meetings and review technical solutions for compliance and performance. Guide and mentor junior developers and administrators. Ensure platform performance, scalability, and security. Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Senior Developer. Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules and platform architecture. Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and enterprise IT environments. Experience with integrations using REST, SOAP, and other APIs. Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide, and ServiceNow scripting. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
