Job Title: Service Now Architect

Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid)

Job Summary:

ServiceNow Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and design scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business and IT strategies.
• Lead the implementation and enhancement of

  CMDB

  , ensuring accurate and complete configuration item (CI) data.
• Drive

  ServiceNow Discovery

  implementation to automate asset and service detection across hybrid environments.
• Design and implement

  Service Mapping

  to visualize service dependencies and improve incident and change management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure platform governance, performance optimization, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and support teams.
• Develop and maintain architectural documentation, including data models, workflows, and integration designs.
• Stay current with ServiceNow releases and recommend adoption of new features.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 9+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform architecture and development.
• Proven experience with

  CMDB design and implementation

  .
• Hands-on expertise in

  ServiceNow Discovery

  and

  Service Mapping

  .
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ITOM modules.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using APIs, MID Servers, and other technologies.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITOM or Discovery preferred.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
