Description
We are looking for a seasoned ServiceNow Architect with IT experience and deep expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and Service Portal development. The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting, designing, and overseeing the implementation of scalable and robust solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Key Responsibilities Architecture & Design : - Define and architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, aligning with business needs and IT strategy. - Lead the design and implementation of ITSM, ITOM, and Service Portal modules, ensuring scalability and efficiency. - Develop architecture blueprints and technical roadmaps for ServiceNow platform growth. Solution Implementation : - Oversee the implementation and customization of ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog. - Architect and manage ITOM processes, including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management. - Lead the design and development of intuitive and user-friendly Service Portals to enhance the end-user experience. Strategic Leadership : - Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for the ServiceNow platform across the organization. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and align ServiceNow capabilities with business objectives. - Mentor and guide development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. Integration & Automation : - Architect integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation. - Drive automation initiatives to enhance IT operations, reduce manual efforts, and improve service delivery. Optimization & Governance : - Continuously monitor platform performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and enhancements. - Establish governance frameworks, standards, and policies for ServiceNow development and operations. Qualifications : Experience : - In IT with extensive experience in ServiceNow architecture, design, and implementation. - Proven expertise in ITSM, ITOM, and Service Portal modules. - Experience leading large-scale ServiceNow projects and working in complex IT environments. Skills : - Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, including scripting (JavaScript, Glide) and UI development. - Strong understanding of ITIL practices and their implementation within ServiceNow. - Proficiency in Service Portal development, including UI/UX design and front-end technologies. Certifications : - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required. - ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM or ITOM) preferred. - ITIL v3/v4 Foundation certification is a plus.
