Role Overview: As a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect specializing in IT Asset Management (ITAM - HAM/SAM Pro) and IT Operations Management (ITOM), you will be responsible for designing and implementing ServiceNow ITAM and ITOM solutions. You will ensure alignment with business needs, industry best practices, and IT governance policies. This role will require working with end-users, analysts, IT teams, and key stakeholders to implement/execute ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, CSM, SPM, PA, and/or HR solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITAM and ITOM solutions, including Discovery, CMDB, Software Asset Management (SAM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), and Cloud Management. - Provide technical leadership for ServiceNow ITAM and ITOM projects, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. - Configure ServiceNow ITAM & ITOM modules to meet business needs. - Strengthen ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration to improve IT visibility and automation. - Develop, install, and troubleshoot ServiceNow applications with possible integration with other programs. - Ensure compliance with IT governance, licensing, and security standards. - Drive continuous improvements in incident, problem, and change management through ITOM automation. - Work closely with IT, security, finance, procurement & other teams to align ITAM & ITOM strategies with business goals. - Conduct training and documentation for end-users and stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture, with a strong focus on ITAM and ITOM. - Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, CSDM, Event Management, and Orchestration. - Strong understanding of infrastructure devices, protocols, and interdependencies. - Expertise in Hardware & Software Asset Management (HAM & SAM), including license management, compliance, and optimization. - Strong understanding of ITIL framework and IT service management (ITSM) processes. - Experience integrating ServiceNow with any cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP), monitoring tools, and automation frameworks. - Proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow scripting. - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) & Certified Application Developer (CAD). - ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITAM and/or ITOM is preferred. - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.,
