Job Description

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
8+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in ServiceNow design and architecture.
Strong knowledge of multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC, App Engine).
Expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, data model, and performance optimization.
Proven experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, LDAP, SSO, MID Server, etc.).
Hands-on experience with scripting languages (JavaScript, AngularJS, Jelly, Glide API).
Deep understanding of ITIL/ITSM, enterprise service management, and workflow automation.
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications preferred.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
