ServiceNow Architect - Senior (10 + Years)

• 10+ years experience in ServiceNow architecture design, development, and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow technology architecture guidelines for infrastructure and application development.
• 7+ years’ experience in ITSM / ITOM / Telecom Service Management, Order Management & Integrations.
• 5+ years’ experience in JavaScript, AngularJS, Web services (RESTful/SOAP), XML, JSON.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow governance and upgrade-safe design practices.
• Define platform architecture standards, roadmaps, and design guidelines.
• Map business requirements with ServiceNow standard functionality while minimizing customization.
• Partner with application & technology teams to design scalable solutions.
• Provide technical leadership to developers and project managers.
• Ensure solution scalability, security, and compliance.
• Support Agile delivery by guiding solution increments and technical backlog refinement.

ServiceNow Architect - Mid (7 - 10 Years)

• 7-9 years’ experience in ServiceNow architecture design, development, and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow technology architecture guidelines for infrastructure and application development.
• 7+ years’ experience in ITSM / ITOM / Telecom Service Management, Order Management & Integrations.
• 5+ years’ experience in JavaScript, AngularJS, Web services (RESTful/SOAP), XML, JSON.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow governance and upgrade-safe design practices.

Program Manager - Senior (10+ Years)

Act as the primary “front door” contact for onboarding/support of programs and tenants on the ATTCOMM ServiceNow platform.
Establish an intake and ticketing process for new requests, onboarding tasks, and operational issues.Provide clear communication guidelines to stakeholders for request submission, prioritization, and follow-ups.Maintain visibility dashboards showing onboarding status, operational tickets, open/resolved items, and blockers.Deliver weekly reports and summaries of onboarding progress, operational issues, escalations, and resolution timelines.Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) reviews for recurring onboarding issues and propose process improvements.Ensure all AT&T program and tenant teams have access to the ServiceNow platform onboarding process and documentation.Organize and facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and communication sessions.Manage risk, issue, and dependency tracking across all onboarded programs.Provide status reporting and executive-level communication for portfolio leadership.
