Job Description

ServiceNow Administrator -

Exp - 9yrs - 12 yrs

Notice period - immediate - 30 days

Location Preference - 1st- Noida, 2nd - Bangalore, 3rd - Mumbai

JD -

Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including user access, roles, and permissions.
• Configure ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, CMDB, and Service Catalog. • Maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and scheduled jobs. • Check for regular platform upgrades and patches. • Create and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures. • Monitor the integration errors for the inbound/outbound for ServiceNow environments.

Primary skills A very good exposure to ITIL process, specifically incident, change and problem management
Secondary Skills – People and stakeholder management

Good to have Skills :
• Passionate about DevOps and automation • Must possess good communication skill.

Required Certification: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
