1. Hands on experience and expertise in building SFM transactions , Wizards, Service Teams ,Custom Actions, Mapping & Expressions.
2. Hands on Experience with contracts Warranties and Entitlements and ServiceMax Custom Objects.
3. Experience on Full Cycle implementation of ServiceMax
4. Experience in Salesforce Apex Class , triggers & Flows
5. Experience in Support Activity and Client Handling.
6. Having Knowledge on Copado is Good
7. Experience in Designing solutions with servicemax platform and salesforce .
Key Responsibilities
-
1. Provide End to End user support , solve business/customer issues .
2. Perform day to day Salesforce and servicemax admin tasks but not limited to admin tasks only (such as profiles , roles & permission set)
3. Create and customize object, fields , layout, reports , email alerts ,approval processes workflows and process builders.
4. Partner with stake holders to solve critical business needs and perform unit test & UAT.
5. understand data flow and integration between CRM and ERP system.
6. Provide Technical solutions to address Business needs
