9:30 AM to 6:00 PM shift
Sunday fixed off.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting training sessions for automobile service staff on vehicle servicing procedures, diagnostic tools, repair techniques, safety standards, and customer service best practices.
  
• Developing training materials, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and handson modules.
  
• Monitoring and evaluating trainee performance; providing feedback and followup coaching.
  
• Staying updated with latest Hyundai automobile models, technologies and repair systems.
  
• Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and service standards set by the company.
  

Mandatory Education / Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Automobile Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  
• Prior experience in automotive service work, ideally with Hyundai or similar brands, would be an advantage.
  

Skills & Attributes:

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
  
• Good technical knowledge of automotive systems.
  
• Ability to plan training schedules and assess training effectiveness.
  
• Patience, mentoring mindset, teamplayer.
