Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct technical and behavioral training programs for service personnel.
  • Deliver product and process training as per OEM guidelines.
  • Facilitate

    On-the-Job Training (OJT)

    and performance evaluations.
  • Develop, update, and maintain training modules and reports.
  • Support dealerships in enhancing service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with OEM training teams for program rollouts.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of automobile systems, diagnostics, and service operations.
  • Hands-on experience with workshop tools and technical troubleshooting.
  • Ability to engage and motivate dealership staff.

    15-20 days per month
