Service Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct technical and behavioral training programs for service personnel.
Deliver product and process training as per OEM guidelines.
Facilitate
On-the-Job Training (OJT)
and performance evaluations.
Develop, update, and maintain training modules and reports.
Support dealerships in enhancing service quality and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with OEM training teams for program rollouts.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of automobile systems, diagnostics, and service operations.
Hands-on experience with workshop tools and technical troubleshooting.
Ability to engage and motivate dealership staff.

Travel Requirement:
15-20 days per month
