Service Technician

JOB PURPOSE To manage customer’s compliant / calls effectively. KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY · Attend the In-House calls. · Attend the Dealers (Field) calls as per PJC’s (Permanent Journey cycle at dealer’s place) and get the acknowledgement of Dealers seal & signature in service call report · Maintenance of Tools · Segregate the out of warranty & warranty (duly tagged) defects · Use of man held machine for Dealers service · Highlight the new/repeated complaints to the Branch In-charge · Assisting to Branch In-charge for stock checking/prepare storage in Racks & Spares Indent EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE · 10th/12th /ITI/ diploma · Experience 0-3 years · Candidates having experience in FMCG/FMCD are preferred FUNCTIONAL/TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES · Products and detail specifications · Trouble shooting of products BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES · Communication & Inter-personal Skill · Problem Solving Skill · Customer Management · Technical Know-how of Appliances Products Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: Electrical: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
