Service Technician

Location: Ahmedabad, Baroda & Hyderabad Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot stack car parking systems. The ideal candidate will have a technical background and experience in mechanical and electrical systems, along with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and safety compliance. Key Responsibilities: Install, commission, and test stack car parking systems at client locations. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components. Diagnose faults or technical issues and determine proper solutions. Conduct routine inspections and ensure all systems are operating safely and efficiently. Keep detailed records of maintenance work and service reports. Coordinate with the Service Manager for daily tasks and escalations. Educate clients on system operation and basic troubleshooting. Ensure all work complies with company standards and safety regulations. Requirements: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field. Basic understanding of hydraulic, electrical, and control systems. Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel to client sites (local & outstation). Good communication and teamwork skills. Knowledge of stack/multi-level car parking systems is an advantage. Working Conditions: On-site work at various locations. May require climbing, lifting, and working in tight spaces. Availability for emergency breakdown calls and weekend work if required.
