Job Title: Customer Service Staff

Location: SLV Coffee Pvt Ltd, Kochi

Job Type: Full-Time

As a Café Service Staff member, you will be the face of our café, responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive guest experience, and supporting daily café operations. You will work closely with other team members to create a welcoming environment and contribute to the smooth running of the café.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders, provide information about menu items, and ensure an overall positive dining experience.
• Order Preparation: Accurately prepare and serve food and beverages according to café standards, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
• Cash Handling: Operate the cash register, handle cash and card transactions, and provide accurate change.
• Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, counters, and equipment. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Stock Management: Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies, and reporting any shortages or issues.

Qualifications:

• Qualification & Experience: Any Degree, Previous experience in a café or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attitude: Positive, friendly, and enthusiastic demeanor with a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Flexibility: Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
