Service Staff

Restaurant service staff are responsible for providing a positive guest experience by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and handling customer inquiries and complaints. Key duties also include maintaining a clean dining area and service stations, accurately relaying orders to the kitchen via a Point of Sale (POS) system, adhering to health and safety regulations, and collaborating with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth operations. Customer Service & Guest Experience

• Welcome and Seat Guests: Greet customers warmly, manage seating arrangements, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Take Orders: Accurately take food and drink orders, offering knowledgeable recommendations from the menu.
• Serve Food and Beverages: Promptly deliver food and beverages to customers, ensuring they are presented correctly and in a timely manner.
• Handle Inquiries and Complaints: Address guest questions, concerns, and issues professionally and efficiently, acting as a liaison between guests and the kitchen or management.
• Process Payments: Accurately handle payment transactions and provide receipts.

Operational & Back-of-House Support

• Order Management: Place orders into the POS system and relay them to the kitchen staff.
• Menu Knowledge: Possess a thorough understanding of the menu to answer guest questions about ingredients, specials, and dietary restrictions.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and other team members to ensure seamless service.
• Inventory and Restocking: Assist in managing and restocking supplies, such as condiments, napkins, and utensils, for service stations.
• Table Service: Clear tables, wipe down surfaces, and reset them efficiently for the next guests.

Cleanliness & Safety

• Maintain Dining Area: Keep the dining area, service stations, and restrooms clean and well-organized.
• Uphold Sanitation Standards: Strictly adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a hygienic environment.
• General Cleaning: Perform other cleaning duties as needed, such as sweeping and mopping floors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
