Job Description

As a Service Relationship Manager for Small Business Enterprise Sales, your main responsibilities will include ensuring that customer closure requests are processed in a timely manner. You will be expected to coordinate with relevant teams to ensure that the correct resolutions are provided. In cases of non-adherence or delays in resolution from stakeholders, it is important to highlight these issues to immediate superiors for support. You will also be responsible for executing best practices to reduce complaints and errors, displaying ownership in handling service requests from customers with accurate resolutions. Updating MIS/Reports accurately with the required details and contributing towards improving Turnaround Time (TAT) and Net Promoter Score (NPS) are crucial aspects of this role. Additionally, you will be expected to take ownership of additional activities that help drive team performance. This role requires proactive problem-solving skills, effective communication with multiple stakeholders, and a strong dedication to customer satisfaction and team success.,
