Service Relationship Manager

As a Service Relationship Manager for WC Sales, your primary responsibilities will include handling and managing client service requests. This involves ensuring the timely updating of stock insurance, processing client statement requests, and conducting stock audits to maintain portfolio hygiene. You will be responsible for monitoring PDD MIS and ensuring the timely closure of PDDs. In addition, you will be involved in various day-to-day service activities such as updating URC, tracking WCDL disbursements, monitoring WCDL maturities, and following up with RMs for necessary actions. You will also be tasked with tracking overdue renewals and coordinating with RMs to ensure timely updates. Overall, your role will involve actively managing service-related activities to support the smooth functioning of the WC Sales operations.,
