Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused Service Quality & Process Auditor to support and strengthen our ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in service operations, process auditing, SOP management, and documentation control.

This hybrid role involves conducting internal audits, evaluating service workflows, identifying improvement opportunities, and working closely with internal teams and clients to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal process audits in line with ISO 9001:2015 standards and service quality requirements
• Review, monitor, and ensure compliance with SOPs, workflows, and operational guidelines
• Maintain and update audit documentation including reports, checklists, and corrective action records
• Identify process gaps and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Collaborate with service teams to standardize procedures and improve customer-facing processes
• Prepare audit plans, findings, and recommendations to support continuous improvement initiatives
• Coordinate with clients for audit schedules, clarifications, and document submissions
• Support departments in closing non-conformities within defined timelines
• Assist in external audits by providing required documentation and evidence

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in internal audits, service quality, operations quality, or ISO-based auditing
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 (certification preferred)
• Experience in SOP development, documentation control, and service process coordination
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication skills for effective interaction with internal teams and clients
• Ability to manage audits independently in a hybrid work environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience in developing service quality manuals, workflows, or audit frameworks
• Ability to train teams on SOPs and quality standards
• Proficiency in MS Office and documentation tools
