Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Team Lead to oversee and execute end-to-end digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on expertise across multiple digital channels, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to independently manage campaigns while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

This role is best suited for a proactive professional who combines strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, and other digital platforms
• Develop and manage content strategies for social media, digital advertisements, and online creatives
• Drive brand awareness, social media engagement, and performance of paid campaigns
• Manage SEO activities including keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance tracking
• Plan, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns such as Google Ads and social media advertising
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights
• Coordinate with internal teams, designers, and external vendors to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices
• Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and, when required, external clients

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong expertise in SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, performance marketing, and content strategy
• Proven hands-on experience managing social media platforms and paid advertising campaigns
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and digital marketing tools
• Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently
• Comfortable working in a hybrid work setup
• Male candidates preferred
