• Manage Paid Campaigns: Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other channels.
• Optimize Performance: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve key metrics like CPC, CPA, and ROI.
• Budget Management: Allocate and manage the advertising budget efficiently to maximize return on investment.
• Reporting: Generate regular reports on campaign performance and present insights to the team and stakeholders.
• Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing and digital advertising.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors/master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
