: Diploma or B.E. ( Electrical + Electronics & Communication )B.E. Manufacturing Engineering / Processing

Experience

: 6 to 7 Years

Terretories :

Gujarat , Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan ( Overall India & Export Rarely )
    • Troubleshooting through site visits or online support
    • Knowledge of power distribution,control circuits, and electrical panel
    • Expertise in diagnosing and rectifying electrical faults in pipe extrusion machines
    • Handling testing and installation of all types of pipe plants
    • Providing technical assistance to customers
    • Strong communication skills are essential
    • Electrical Circuit Reading / Trouble Shooting / Machine Installation
    • Service in Plastic Processing Machinery
    • Electrical / Electronics Trouble Shooting
    • Position:Plastic Process Engineer

Education

: Diploma or B.E./ BTECH ( Plastic Engineering + Processing)

Job Responsibility

    • Possess expertise in HDPE, PPR, R-PVC, and CPVC pipe extrusion plant operations,with hands-on experience in machine setup, process parameter optimization, die and tooling managementand production troubleshooting to ensure high-quality output and maximum efficiency.
    • Knowledge of electrical related to pipe extrusion
    • Skilled in installation, startup, and commissioning of pipe extrusion machinery at client sites
    • Testing of Pipe plant with related ancillaries
