Service Operations Team Lead

As a Last Mile - FCL Logistics Team Lead, your role involves leading and managing a team of specialists to ensure timely and accurate deliveries of daily FCL shipments. You will provide guidance, support, and coaching to your team members to enhance their performance. Your key responsibilities will include: - Monitoring daily operations to ensure timely and accurate deliveries and closure of FCL shipments - Handling and resolving escalations from team members on a daily basis - Managing scheduling and routing of FCL shipments to maximize efficiency and reduce costs - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new logistics solutions - Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards - Maintaining accurate records of all FCL shipments - Adhering to the defined process for the last mile logistics Qualifications required for this role include: - Prior experience in logistics or supply chain management - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work under pressure and handle escalations effectively - Proficiency in managing scheduling and routing of shipments Please note that the work location for this role is in Gurgaon.,
