Service Now Trainer

As a ServiceNow Trainer with at least 8+ years of experience, you will play a crucial role in training, mentoring, and guiding professionals on the ServiceNow platform. Your expertise will be essential in helping learners build, configure, and optimize solutions using ServiceNow. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and delivering comprehensive training programs for developers, administrators, consultants, and end-users. - Tailoring training content to meet the needs of different audiences, from technical teams to business stakeholders. - Developing and updating training materials, courseware, manuals, and hands-on labs aligned with ServiceNow best practices. - Delivering training across core ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, etc. - Designing and administering quizzes, assignments, and certification practice exams to monitor learner progress. - Providing post-training support and mentoring to learners in applying their knowledge to projects. Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of experience in IT training with a significant focus on ServiceNow. - Hands-on expertise with the ServiceNow platform and multiple modules. - Proven experience in instructional design, adult learning principles, and training delivery. - Strong technical skills in ServiceNow administration, scripting, and configuration. - Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. - Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences. - Experience in preparing learners for ServiceNow certification exams.
