Job Description

As a ServiceNow Consultant at Capgemini, you will play a vital role in leading the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Delivering scalable ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM modules based on client needs. - Integrating ServiceNow with systems like CMDB, Active Directory, and third-party tools. - Conducting workshops, gathering requirements, and configuring/customizing the platform. - Optimizing workflows using scripting, automation, and best practices. - Ensuring platform governance, performance, and compliance. - Mentoring junior consultants and upholding quality through reviews and documentation. Your profile should match the following qualifications: - 6 to 12 years of experience in ServiceNow. - Proven experience in ServiceNow implementation, customization, and support projects. - Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow architecture. - Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules, scripting (JavaScript), Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub. - Ability to lead client engagements, conduct training, and manage project deliverables. - Strong communication and organizational skills, with a collaborative and proactive mindset.
