We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its modules, with a focus on translating business requirements into functional specifications. You will be the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure effective ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories.
Design and configure ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, etc.) based on business needs.
Conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
Collaborate with ServiceNow developers and architects to deliver scalable solutions.
Assist in testing activities system testing, UAT support, and defect resolution.
Create and maintain documentation including process flows, configuration guides, and training materials.
Ensure solutions are aligned with best practices, platform capabilities, and governance policies.
Participate in change management and continuous improvement processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
3 6 years of experience as a Functional Consultant on the ServiceNow platform.
Hands-on experience in at least two ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, CSM, etc.).
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and their application within ServiceNow.
Experience in writing user stories, functional specs, and workflow designs.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in agile/scrum environments.
