  •  Run It Like a Founder: You’ll be the GM of your own zone. P&L mind-set. Metrics accountability. Always thinking scale, never settling for survival.
  •  Turn Tough Days around: Escalations? You own them. Cranky customers? You charm them. You don't deflect—you deliver.
