Service Manager

As a Works Manager reporting to the Head Service, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the work floor operations in the service department. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and resolving bottlenecks in work floor operations - Ensuring monthly and annual revenue targets are met - Achieving vehicle load targets - Increasing manpower productivity through constructive feedback - Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction - Addressing customer queries and complaints promptly - Collaborating with other departments to enhance overall customer satisfaction Key Responsibilities: - Achieve Volume, Labour & Parts Target - Enhance Manpower & Bay Productivity - Generate revenue for Value Added Services & Other Departments - Efficiently coordinate work progress - Ensure a safe working environment - Maintain tools and equipment - Optimize Labour & Parts Turnover Per vehicle - Ensure customer satisfaction - Close complaints effectively - Address pending complaints Qualifications Required: - Full-time availability - Health insurance and Provident Fund benefits - Day shift schedule - Eligibility for performance bonus Please note that the work location is in person.,
