Service Manager

As a Service Manager for Two-Wheeler Electric Vehicles at Premsons Motor Udyog Pvt. Ltd., an authorized dealer of Ather Energy in Ranchi, you will play a crucial role in leading the service operations for our two-wheeler electric vehicle showroom and workshop. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the service workshop, supervising technicians and support staff, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and compliance with Ather's service and brand standards. You will be tasked with overseeing the complete after-sales service experience for Ather two-wheeler electric vehicles. This involves leading the front-end operations, monitoring vehicle diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs using Ather's proprietary tools, and maintaining an adequate inventory of EV-specific spare parts. Your role will also involve coordinating with the Ather Energy backend for software updates, warranty claims, and staff training to deliver a high-quality service experience aligned with Ather Energy's customer-first philosophy. To excel in this role, you should possess a Diploma/Degree in Automobile, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, along with a strong knowledge of EV components such as battery packs, controllers, and electric drivetrains. Effective leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills are essential, as you will be responsible for tracking key performance metrics, ensuring staff is trained on EV technologies, and maintaining workshop infrastructure as per Ather's standards. Preferred skills for this role include prior experience with Ather Energy or other electric two-wheeler brands, familiarity with Ather's Connect App, vehicle telematics, and OTA updates, as well as proficiency in CRM/Service management tools like DMS, AutoFacets, etc. You should also have the ability to train and build high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
