Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi for a Service Manager. The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the service center, ensuring high-quality customer service, managing the service team, and coordinating vehicle maintenance activities. The role includes scheduling car maintenance, exhaust repair, new tire installations, oil changes, and wheel alignments.

Qualifications

• Strong management and leadership skills to oversee the service team
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Technical knowledge related to car maintenance, exhaust repair, tire installations, oil changes, and wheel alignments
• Experience in scheduling and coordinating vehicle maintenance activities
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Automotive Service, Business Management, or related field
• Ability to work on-site at our Kochi location
• Proven track record in a similar role within the automotive industry is a plus
