As a Service Manager for CCTV and Access Control Systems at Hexxa Geo Systems Integrators Pvt Ltd, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of these systems. This full-time, on-site role based in Surat will require you to manage service teams, ensure quality control, provide technical support, and coordinate with clients to ensure satisfactory service delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Manage service teams involved in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV and Access Control Systems - Ensure quality control measures are in place to meet the company's standards - Provide technical support to both internal teams and clients - Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure service delivery meets their expectations Qualifications Required: - Extensive knowledge of CCTV, Access Control Systems, and related solutions - Experience in troubleshooting and maintaining security systems - Strong team management and coordination skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities and technical acumen - Effective communication and client relation skills - Ability to work on-site in Surat and efficiently manage field operations - Bachelor's degree in Electronics, IT, or a relevant field is preferred - Experience in the security systems industry is an added advantage,
