Job Title: Service Manager – Solar Panel, Inverter & Battery

Location: Karnal, Haryana

Experience Required: 10+ Years (Only from Solar Panel Manufacturing Industry)

Working: 6 Days

Key Responsibilities

• Lead service operations for Solar Panels, Inverters & Battery systems.
• Develop service strategies, SOPs & SLAs for top-tier customer support.
• Oversee installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure timely resolution of service calls & customer complaints.
• Manage and train service teams to uphold quality standards.
• Collaborate with R&D and Quality teams on product issues.
• Maintain service reports and performance metrics.
• Strengthen client relationships through proactive service.
• Handle warranty, AMC, and spare parts support.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10+ years in solar panel service (mandatory).
• Expertise in Solar PV, Inverters & Battery systems.
• Experience managing service teams & dealer networks.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and customer focus.
• Willing to travel as needed.
